It does not establish which legal person operates or contracts to provide Creed Space (the "Service"), or which legal person acts as controller for its processing. The operator, contracting party, and controller classification remain explicitly pending accountable-person and legal approval. Before publication, those reviewers must also confirm the legal-notice details, effective date, and authority for the contact channels below. Only an approved and published version can govern use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service acts as a real-time moral oversight layer for agentic AI, improving safety while respecting diverse human values. Core features include:

• AI conversation with constitutional alignment through selectable Creeds
• Policy Decision Point (PDP) safety evaluation of AI responses
• Configurable AI Personas with adjustable behavioural traits
• Optional VCP personal state signals for adaptive safety protections
• Bilateral alignment features for human-AI relationship calibration
• Creed evaluation and editing tools
• API access for programmatic integration

3. Eligibility

The source includes age-assurance and parental-consent capabilities, but the minimum age, child-user availability, jurisdiction-specific thresholds, and required consent process have not been approved for publication. The Service owner and legal reviewer must confirm those rules against the exact deployment before these Terms are published. This candidate must not be read as approval to offer the Service to children.

The source contains email/password, external sign-in, passkey, registered-account, and anonymous-session capabilities. Before publication, the exact deployment must be checked to identify which account methods and anonymous features are enabled and which external identity providers receive data.

• AI responses may be generated by third-party model providers where enabled and are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate. The production-enabled provider set, account ownership, retention terms, and transfer safeguards must be verified before publication
• You should verify important information independently before relying on it
• AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs
• You acknowledge that different Creed configurations may produce different responses to the same prompt

Voluntary Feedback

We offer optional feedback mechanisms (such as thumbs up/down ratings) to help improve the Service. This feedback is entirely voluntary and does not affect your access.

Feedback Data

• Feedback may be linked through a pseudonymous account or session hash and through thread and message references
• A submission may include its rating, optional comment and categories, message metadata, timestamp, consent version, and a deterministic numeric IP hash bucket
• The deployed storage, recipients, retention, and deletion behavior are governed by the Privacy Policy and must be verified for the active feedback feature

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or data protection beyond reasonable measures

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creed Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Damages from AI-generated content or recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creed Space from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you create or decisions you make using the Service

• Update these Terms with notice via the Service or email
• Change features, functionality, or pricing

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where prohibited by applicable law. Users in the EU or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer dispute resolution rights retain those rights.
