By accessing or using Creed Space ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Creed Space provides a Personalized Constitutionally-Aligned Agentic Superego - an AI alignment framework that enables users to personalize AI behavior through selectable "Creeds" with adjustable adherence levels.

The Service acts as a real-time moral oversight layer for agentic AI, improving safety while respecting diverse human values.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 13 require verified parental consent in accordance with COPPA. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Users under 18 may have access to certain features restricted and should use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

User accounts are required to access Creed Space. You may register using email/password, OAuth providers (Google, GitHub), or passkeys (WebAuthn). Some basic features may be accessible without an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information

5. Credits and Billing

Creed Space operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on usage. Unused credits do not expire. Current pricing is available on our website. All purchases are final unless required by applicable law.

Credits are non-transferable between accounts
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
Refunds are provided only where required by applicable consumer protection laws

6. API and Gateway Access

Creed Space provides API access through Gateway API keys. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for all usage associated with them. Rate limits apply per your service tier.

API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly
You are liable for all activity conducted through your API keys
We may revoke API keys that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Harm, threaten, or harass others
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Attempt to bypass safety measures or Creed constraints
Reverse engineer or compromise the Service's security
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

8. AI-Generated Content

Important Notice: AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate despite our safety measures.

You acknowledge that AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate
You should verify important information independently
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs
Creed-based alignment reduces but does not eliminate harmful outputs

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create or input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Creed Space and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI outputs
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security or data protection beyond reasonable measures

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creed Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or use
Damages from AI-generated content or recommendations
Service interruptions or data loss
Third-party actions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creed Space from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you create or decisions you make using the Service

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
Update these Terms with notice via the Service
Change features, functionality, or pricing

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
